MISC
  • improved, clarified, corrected & shortened countless skill tree tooltips
  • removed those godawful stand animations whenever a character has a shield equipped
  • characters now hold their shield in front of them while running with any one-handed weapon
  • reduced camera shake from critical strikes by 75%

  • removed the cost for disenchanting items
  • decreased cost of all enchanting by 10% (additive)
  • enchanter titles now display a level which matches the max number of enchants they can give an item

  • Blood Hunger
    • the effect can now stack from multiple critical strikes
  • Chain Snare

  • Frost Breath
    • base weapon DPS: 15% → 25%
    • weapon DPS progression: 1.5% → 2%
  • Northern Rage

    • can now proc from ranged weapons & melee skills

  • Arc Beam
    • minimum cast time: 1.2 → 1
    • beams now jump on contact to many targets instead of only on death

    • tier 1/2/3 now instead add guaranteed shock/freeze/ignite effects for 3 seconds
  • Firebombs
    • now stuns instead of fearing enemies

  • Firestorm

    • tier 2 now increases all poison damage by 3% per hit
    • tier 3 now increases enemy susceptibility to poison damage by 20%
  • Cyclone (renamed from Glaive Sweep)

    • charge generation: 1.5% → 2.5%
    • tier 3 now also removes the mana cost
  • Shadowling Ammo
    • base minion damage: 40-60 → 50-80
  • Shadowseeker (renamed from Shadow Shot)
    • velocity: 20 → 22
    • homing speed: 0.3 → 0.45
    • turn rate: 5 → 14
    • added 1% charge to base impact; increases by 0.10% per level
    • added 0.5% charge to secondary impacts; increases by 0.05% per level
  • Shattering Glaive
    • tier 1 now adds 33% more secondary damage as ice
    • mana cost reduced by 10%
  • Stone Pact
    • now correctly lasts 20 seconds as displayed
  • Tangling Shot
    • base damage: 4 → 8
    • damage progression: 1 → 2
  • Vortex Hex
    • attack range: 5 → 6
    • base max targets hit: 3 → 4
    • max targets hit count now increases by 1 every 3 levels
    • now has an 8% base chance vs. drawn targets to stun, blind, burn, shock, and/or freeze for 2-6 seconds
